De hecho, algunas s\u00ed pudieron prever el escenario e hicieron uso de herramientas de conexi\u00f3n remota que les permiti\u00f3 no parar actividades, sino solo llevarlas a un \u00e1mbito de espacio m\u00e1s de casa y explotar al m\u00e1ximo el llamado \u201chome office\u201d.\n\nQuienes no previnieron, tuvieron que hacer ajustes r\u00e1pidos. Justo en esta \u00e9poca de incertidumbre comenzaron a florecer los emprendedores del retail que ven en el comercio electr\u00f3nico, en los env\u00edos de alimentos por Apps o a trav\u00e9s de Redes Sociales, la \u00fanica v\u00eda para seguir subsistiendo y no padecer las posibles consecuencias de una recesi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica provocada por la pandemia.\n\nDe esta forma, el peque\u00f1o comercio fue obligado a incorporar herramientas digitales o de acercamiento local, que pudieran contrarrestar sus perdidas y no perder a sus consumidores principales. A trav\u00e9s de grupos de Facebook, nos han comenzado a llegar ofertas para surtir alimentos de la recauder\u00eda de la esquina o nos hemos enterado que la tienda de abarrotes te toma por este mismo medio tu pedido que te llevar\u00e1 lo antes posible a tu casa.\n\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ideaphilos.com\/nuevo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/woman-in-a-video-call-with-a-covid-19-patient-4031710-300x200.jpg?resize=300%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\">Pero no solo el ramo alimenticio o del micro retail tuvo que cambiar. Otras actividades profesionales adaptaron sus necesidades a los medios digitales para seguir operando. Por ejemplo, algunos expertos de coaching o en estrategias de comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa, han comenzado a otorgar Media Trainings a trav\u00e9s de herramientas de conexi\u00f3n personal o grupal como Teams, Zoom o Google Meet para poder continuar brindando servicios a sus clientes.\n\n\u00bfY qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda incorporar una peque\u00f1a o mediana compa\u00f1\u00eda para transformarse paulatinamente? Podr\u00eda usar desde e-commerce de la mano de Shopify o WooCommerce, hasta desarrollar una estrategia de venta y posicionamiento en las Redes Sociales que m\u00e1s se adaptan al perfil de cada empresa, o crear operaciones en nube apoyado de empresas de gran tama\u00f1o como IBM, Amazon Web Services o Microsoft.\n\nEstamos en el momento justo para buscar en las soluciones digitales la mejor forma de operar.
